Real estate

A realtor website that is yours, not the brokerage's.

For agents, brokerages and developers across Grande Prairie and the Peace Region. Your brokerage profile disappears the day you move. A site you own does not.

Why agents need their own site

The brokerage page is rented space.

It is the same problem as social media: you are building on ground somebody else controls.

You own the asset

Your domain, your content, your enquiries, your reviews. If you change brokerages, everything you have built moves with you.

You can actually rank

Brokerage sub-pages rarely rank for local property searches. A proper site with real area content can.

You control the impression

Sellers deciding who to list with are comparing three agents. A considered site is often the difference, particularly at higher price points.

What it needs

Listings, areas, and a reason to choose you.

Property search itself is dominated by the portals. You win on the surrounding content, not by out-portalling the portals.

Listings that stay current

IDX or MLS integration where it makes sense, so listings update without manual work. Stale listings are worse than none.

Genuine area content

Neighbourhood and community pages with real knowledge — schools, commutes, acreage considerations, what a street is actually like. This is what portals cannot replicate and where you can win.

Seller-focused pages

Most agent sites talk only to buyers. Listing presentations, market context and valuation requests are where the higher-value work is.

Lead capture that is not a trap

Forced registration to view a photo drives people back to the portals. Give value first, then ask.

Proof

Sold results, testimonials, days on market. Specific numbers persuade far more than claims about service.

Fast on a phone

Property browsing is overwhelmingly mobile, frequently on poor rural signal. Heavy image-led sites lose people before they load.

Search

Local knowledge is the moat.

You will not outrank the national portals for "houses for sale". You can own everything around it.

Area and community pages

The searches portals answer badly — what it is like to live somewhere, acreage and rural specifics, local market conditions.

Agent-name search

People search your name after meeting you or seeing a sign. Make sure what they find is yours and current.

Seller intent

Valuation, listing and market questions convert far better than buyer traffic and almost nobody competes properly for them.

Common questions

Questions we get asked.

Straight answers, no sales pitch.

My brokerage gives me a website. Is that enough?

It is a start, and it stops existing the day you move. A site you own is an asset that follows you.

Can you connect MLS or IDX listings?

Usually, depending on your board and feed access. Worth confirming with your specific board before planning around it.

Do you work with brokerages as well as individual agents?

Yes — brokerage sites add agent rosters, recruitment and multi-agent lead routing, which change the build considerably.

What about acreage and rural listings?

That is a genuine local specialty here, and it is poorly served by generic real estate templates. Water, septic, access, zoning and outbuildings all matter and deserve real content.

Can you help with listing marketing too?

Yes — landing pages for individual properties, plus the social and ad side if you want it handled together.

How is this different from a template realtor site?

Template sites are identical to thousands of others, which is precisely why they do not rank. The differentiator is local content only you can write, and we help you write it.
