Helpful details

What to include.

Your industry, service area, current website, competitors you like, launch timeline and what the website needs to do for the business.

What happens next

After you send the form.

No call centre, no drip sequence — the form goes straight to the people who would build the site.

We read it properly

Your enquiry is read by someone who does the work, not sorted by a sales team into a queue.

You get a recommendation

We come back with a direction, a rough scope and what we would do first — before any talk of a contract.

Then you decide

If it is not a fit, we will say so and point you somewhere better. There is no follow-up sequence chasing you.

Helps us answer properly

What to include in your message.

The more of this you can give us, the more specific and useful the first reply will be.

What you do

Your industry and the services you actually want more of — not necessarily everything you offer.

Who you serve

The towns and areas you work in, and whether you want to be found beyond them.

Your current site

The URL if you have one, plus what frustrates you about it.

Sites you like

Two or three competitors or businesses whose sites you rate, and what you like about them.

Timeline

Whether you are launching around an event, a season or a rebrand.

What success looks like

Quote requests, bookings, online orders, phone calls or simply looking credible enough to be shortlisted.

Where we work

Grande Prairie, the Peace Region, and further out.

We are based in Grande Prairie and work throughout the region: Clairmont, Sexsmith, Beaverlodge, Wembley, Hythe, Grande Cache, Valleyview, Spirit River, Fairview, Peace River, Grimshaw, Manning and High Prairie in Alberta, plus Dawson Creek and Fort St. John across the BC Peace.

Being local matters for some of this work and not at all for the rest. Local SEO, Google Business Profile and knowing how the regional economy actually operates benefit from being here. Design, development and hosting do not — a good share of our work is for clients nowhere near Alberta, and that is entirely normal.

If your town is not on the list, ask anyway. The answer is almost always yes.

Common questions

Before you get in touch.

The things people usually want to know first.

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. Working out what you need and whether we are a fit costs nothing.

Do you take on small projects?

Yes. A single well-built page beats a large site nobody finishes.

Can you fix or take over an existing site?

Often. Send the URL and we will tell you whether it is worth repairing or rebuilding.

Do you do SEO without a rebuild?

Yes, when the existing site is technically sound enough to rank. If it is not, we will say so rather than take the retainer.

What if I don't know what I need?

That is normal, and it is genuinely the most common starting point. Describe the business and the problem; working out the solution is our job.
